ABOUT PAOLO PISELLI
Paolo's Experience in Change Management Recruitment
Prior to founding Green Peas, Paolo was the Head of Interim for GreenPark Executive Search, focusing on the placement of Interim Change Management and Transformation experts globally.
Previously, Paolo worked as a Director for Portland Resourcing, specialising in Change Management, Transformation, SAP and GBS recruitment for projects and programmes across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and in particular the US.
After over 14 years working as an agency recruiter in London at different levels, I decided it was time to take the plunge and create my own recruitment business with a different culture to what I had experienced previously in recruitment: one of of honesty, urgency and simplicity, and hopefully have some fun along the way...
